Will hyundai venue result in the sales drop of creta?

To be honest, at the start itself, Hyundai has priced Creta very aggressively but apart from that, there were some problems in Creta which I feel will be sorted out by his brother venue in his segment and pricing.

1.Price: Creta being the most sold and also loved SUV in India and Hyundai has impressed many of the customers with its design, styling and also features they offered in it. But when it came to the pricing dept. they have done some changes which resulted in hesitation for going towards it. It's a superb SUV and I don't say anything about it, but the price tag for it is too costly and if Hyundai has to take on the segment of sub-compact SUV space then it has to bring some wow factors and also some industry first's which they are going to provide in future. Starting from 9-15 lakhs price bracket among wich the base variant is never a good option to buy and there will be a heavy omission of features, we need to consider at least S variant or SX for sure which results in high cost, the venue is like a car which will replace that problem. Due to this, the customers who try to buy a Creta are unable to buy it will definitely look towards the venue and it will take charge of the sales of Creta from then.
2.Features and Variants: This is the place where Hyundai must be very careful else their sales may drop or customer satisfaction will never be achieved and I will tell the reason why! consider Verna, Creta and also Tuscon for real and I will explain each of them in a simple manner.
(A)Verna: In verna, there is an SX(O) variant in petrol but not in diesel and instead they have replaced it with sx+ for auto and SX(O) in the manual which it will also miss out on some features. What I want to ask is why there is no fully loaded variant with all the features in diesel on both manual and auto gearboxes?
(B)Creta: It's a great hit in sales and desirability, but not in features arrangement for every variant and this resulted in the same as we discussed before like omission of ventilated seats at the front, wireless charging, smart tailgate which are in Verna but not in Creta. Don't know why but there is this kind of problems with it.
(C)Tuscon: Tuscon also has some omissions like the panoramic sunroof, TPMS, Ventilated seats, lane warning and all. It costs 30 lakhs but apart from the lane departure warning the rest could be offered but not and no proper for that.
3. What is the solution: If at all they want to conquer the compact segment in India, they must price venue properly and not aggressively because due to that aggressive pricing there is some lack of customer contentment in the previous vehicles and I hope it will change from now at least.
The One more major thing they have to take care of is the distribution of features properly from the low end to high-end variants and they must provide a fully-loaded variant in the top end, else again the lack of customer satisfaction will follow up and feels not incomplete.

Hyundai Aura! The Sporty compact sedan is out now.

Hyundai India has launched the all-new sporty looking compact sedan 'Aura' which replaces the Xcent in Hyundai's India line-up and also the details of the car are below. Engines: This Time they have launched the car with bs-6 compliant engines both in petrol and also diesel and now they have the power and torque figures more or less the same as it's engines are even more refined now. So, the engines offered are 1.2lit petrol and 1.2lit diesel. There will be 2 Petrol and 1 Diesel among which the petrol is 1.2 that churns out 83Ps and a 1.0lit engine that churns out 99P of power and the diesel produces 89Ps of power. The Gearbox options are as follows: 1.2Petrol gets a manual/amt while the 1.0 lit gets only a manual one and the diesel gets both manual/amt. So, options are decent to look as well considering the price range it will be in but a CVT would be great like we have seen in the Amaze. Design: Coming to the Design, recently they have released the sket...

Renault Duster! It had its chance.

Welcome to CarsReboot!  There are many people who love Duster for its proportions, ride quality and also the sense of space it has inside it but now it has lost its charm to some extent with its other rivals and it fell into the category of only petrol with no AWD but it still has its chance to become a bigger player if Renault could do some key changes in it. 1. Engine: The 1.5lit was a very good one but now the company has shut it due to the upcoming BS6 regulations and it now replaces both the 1.5lit Diesel and petrol with a 1.3lit petrol engine which is BS6 compliant and the power figures have changed a bit. If they really needed some strong sales then introducing a 1.5lit BS6 compliant diesel and petrol engines with auto gearboxes in both fuel options would have made it a strong seller for Renault. 2. Interiors: Many might have felt this but I intended to stress about this particular one because the interiors in Duster were not that appealing and the reason is...

2020 Tata Harrier! What has changed?

Tata has revealed its covers of the All-new Harrier AT with a fully-powered 2.0lit Engine now and here's a quick review of what has changed in its newer versions and Should you buy one?  It seems Tata has taken the feedback very seriously and the changes they've made in the new one are visible and also a good thing to hear as well. Let us run through the details quickly without wasting much time. 1.Engine:   Tata Motors are now offering the full house 2.0lit BS6 engine with the Harrier and also the power figures are 170Ps and 350Nm of torque now. There's a new auto-gearbox that works well and it is actually sourced from the Hyundai's Tuscon gearbox as that's also having the same 2.0lit engine. The Manual gearbox is also having the same amount of power and torque the automatic has but the good part is that the enthusiasts of the manual gearbox can enjoy it as Tata has worked well on the clutch to make it light and also simple to drive. The Mileage figures o...
