Kia Seltos Vs MG Hector

This Comparison or the best pick among these two would be a big question for many people but I would like to make this one as clear as possible because one must look in many aspects to pick a winner and to show one as a runner there needs some solid reasons.

Kia Seltos: Kia Seltos is the first and fresh offering from Kia motors and also the company has revealed almost all the features related to it in the unveiling of this SUV.
Pros:
1. 1.5 lit Diesel and Petrol with a powerful 1.4 lit EcoBoost engine.
2. Style, stance and also the tiger grille will stand out in the design.
3. Interiors are very fresh and also the big 10.4-inch touch screen is nice and also it does extend till the instrumentation cluster.
4. Electronic parking brake and also it is expected with powered driver seat and ventilated seats at the front in which no other SUV in this segment offers.
5. 4 different transmission options that are not at all offered by any other rival in the segment.
6. Rear AC vents, powered tailgate are expected and also the rear looks funky with the led strips that look upmarket and also the Front of the car is way more futuristic and I think it will outstand any other car in the segment rivals it has.
7. 360° camera and sunroof and 8 regular and 5 dual tone options in the color scheme is also a good thing they have.
Places of Improvement:
As of now, we can't say anything about it as it was not yet launched in India and once they launch the vehicle I will update this section.

MG Hector: This one has created a boom in the automobile industry and the main reason for it is the connectivity features and operating using commands and voice recognition. There are more positives and some negatives which will be discussed below.
Pros:
1. Connected car with lots of features and also the bigger engines and also the vehicle does look very stylish and upmarket.
2. 1.5 lit petrol with best in segment DCT- gearbox and also the 2.0 lit multi-jet engines sourced from Fiat that offers very big power and torque figures compared to the rivals. There is an option for a hybrid engine that is provided with a 48v electric motor that provides an extra torque of 20 Nm when needed.
3. Huge panoramic sunroof and powered driver and passenger seats and also cruise control, airbags, reclining the rear seat and also massive 587 lit boot space.
4. Steering mounted controls, rear and front parking sensors with  360 deg cameras along with adaptive guidelines.
5. All LED package that is offered as standard with safety at the forefront and also the distribution of the features can't be offered this better by any other manufacturer with their very first vehicle.
Cons :
1. 17-inch wheels look small to its size and proportions.
2. MPV like rear profile and also there is no automatic in the diesel which is not a good thing when you look at the need of automatics in India.
3. If you opt for the hybrid model then the battery pack will be installed under the front passenger seat and also the rear passenger of that seat might feel a bit restricted to extend his/her legs freely.
To conclude there is no perfect winner in this comparison but as of now the Kia Seltos price is not yet revealed and if they reveal it then we can decide which is a more worthy contender in this segment.

Hyundai Aura! The Sporty compact sedan is out now.

Hyundai India has launched the all-new sporty looking compact sedan 'Aura' which replaces the Xcent in Hyundai's India line-up and also the details of the car are below. Engines: This Time they have launched the car with bs-6 compliant engines both in petrol and also diesel and now they have the power and torque figures more or less the same as it's engines are even more refined now. So, the engines offered are 1.2lit petrol and 1.2lit diesel. There will be 2 Petrol and 1 Diesel among which the petrol is 1.2 that churns out 83Ps and a 1.0lit engine that churns out 99P of power and the diesel produces 89Ps of power. The Gearbox options are as follows: 1.2Petrol gets a manual/amt while the 1.0 lit gets only a manual one and the diesel gets both manual/amt. So, options are decent to look as well considering the price range it will be in but a CVT would be great like we have seen in the Amaze. Design: Coming to the Design, recently they have released the sket...

Renault Duster! It had its chance.

Welcome to CarsReboot!  There are many people who love Duster for its proportions, ride quality and also the sense of space it has inside it but now it has lost its charm to some extent with its other rivals and it fell into the category of only petrol with no AWD but it still has its chance to become a bigger player if Renault could do some key changes in it. 1. Engine: The 1.5lit was a very good one but now the company has shut it due to the upcoming BS6 regulations and it now replaces both the 1.5lit Diesel and petrol with a 1.3lit petrol engine which is BS6 compliant and the power figures have changed a bit. If they really needed some strong sales then introducing a 1.5lit BS6 compliant diesel and petrol engines with auto gearboxes in both fuel options would have made it a strong seller for Renault. 2. Interiors: Many might have felt this but I intended to stress about this particular one because the interiors in Duster were not that appealing and the reason is...

2020 Tata Harrier! What has changed?

Tata has revealed its covers of the All-new Harrier AT with a fully-powered 2.0lit Engine now and here's a quick review of what has changed in its newer versions and Should you buy one?  It seems Tata has taken the feedback very seriously and the changes they've made in the new one are visible and also a good thing to hear as well. Let us run through the details quickly without wasting much time. 1.Engine:   Tata Motors are now offering the full house 2.0lit BS6 engine with the Harrier and also the power figures are 170Ps and 350Nm of torque now. There's a new auto-gearbox that works well and it is actually sourced from the Hyundai's Tuscon gearbox as that's also having the same 2.0lit engine. The Manual gearbox is also having the same amount of power and torque the automatic has but the good part is that the enthusiasts of the manual gearbox can enjoy it as Tata has worked well on the clutch to make it light and also simple to drive. The Mileage figures o...
