Tata Altroz was unveiled and also revealed each and every detail of it except the Price which is going to be revealed by them very soon but you can book one as of now. Ok! Let's dive into the topic.
There are some cons as well like for instance even though the engine is good but it has turbo lag and it still doesn't come with a torque converter which would let it give a more engaged driving experience for the drivers and also the A-pillar of the car is was a mistake in Harrier and we thought they would correct it this time but it still looks chunky and this must be considered by Tata and correct it in upcoming models to make sure it doesn't create a blind spot for the driver and lead to accidents. The Next one is that the rear seat doesn't fold as 60:40 instead its a full seat which is a bit odd and also the headlamps as well. It would be good if they have given LEDs instead of halogens as the quality of visibility with halogens is less when you compare it with the LED's so this also could have improved.
1. Design: From ALFHA architecture Tata Altroz is the first one to come and Tata has designed it in a way which is compatible on both i.e, EV ground and also in fuel driven as well and the design with its cuts and creases look sharp and also the design cues are there from the Tigor and Tiago but the car looks very distinct from the company's other cars and the humanity grille is finished in black and there's a thick chrome line going all the way starting from one side of the headlamps and ends at the other side and the case is same about the piano black finished piece above the chrome line and under the both of these two lines, the headlamps were rested and when you see the door opening, they open 90° which means getting in and out is never a problem with Altroz(and there are some designs of a bird assuming its albatross here and there) and also the boot capacity is 350 lits and the loading lip is a bit high but it doesn't create a problem at any time. The Rear profile is also good with the sharp detailing of the rear body structure and it kinda looks sporty to look as well and it has a healthy 165mm of ground clearance and also 2501mm of wheelbase which is good but its less compared to some of its rivals. So, Tata has brought an all-new stylish vehicle that looks premium and also feels premium.
2. Engines: Tata is offering two engines which are powering the Nexon but in a detuned manner and also they're BS-6 compliant which means they don't have any problem in future as well and the engines it gets are a 3-cylinder unit for petrol that churns out 83bhp of power and 113Nm of torque and the diesel gets the 1.5 lit unit which produces 90bhp and 200Nm of torque as well and the engines are mated to a 5-speed unit in both diesel and manual are looking like a good pair for a sweet looking hatch like this.
3.Interiors: This is the place where Tata shines because the front dash just looks awesome! because the flat-bottom steering wheel, cruise control and there are other controls of the vehicle is there on it.
The Rear seats are comfortable as well and can seat 3 people comfortably and also it gets the rear ac with a charging socket and the car also gets automatic climate control and a voice assistant as well. The Instrumentation is same as in the Harrier which is part analog and part digital which gives us enormous data about the vehicle so, it's quite a compelling package for a hatch like this and everything they offer in it is great.

Verdict: Overall its a great package to have and also the safest one among the segment as well so, we must wait until they release the price so that we can make sure if its very premium or premium so that we can make a choice among its rivals like I20, Baleno, and others.
