This is the sort of SUV that has the stance, road presence and with that wild and butch looks, it can intimidate you if you stand in front of it. Yes! I am talking about the new Ford Endeavour facelift which was released in the recent times. Talking about updates there are little misses when they released it back in the time such as Push start button, Infotainment system, etc., We will now discuss what they have offered in the new one.
There are some reasonable amount of updates that are done in this new one. They added the push start button, new design for the alloys, hands-free tailgate, puddle lamps, and the vehicle is now 11 mm longer and 9 mm wider than before and this added with that new sync3 system for the infotainment system and also they added a new colour scheme called 'Diffused Silver' and this is the fully grown SUV that has the power to take on any kind of terrain you throw at it. The Terrain management system with HHC (Hill Hold Control), HSA (Hill Start Assist) and they haven't updated the engine and to be frank, they don't have to because the 3.2 lit Turbo Charged diesel engine mated with a 6-speed auto can perform quite punchy and the power is directed to the wheels when traction required and also the grill is the new one with that beefy appeal at front.
The Endeavour has nothing to fault with, the 197 Ps of power is the best in the segment with massive 470 Nm of torque and now for our surprise, they have brought the 2.2 lit manual gearbox and the prices start from 28 lakhs onwards and the car is available in Titanium and Titanium+ trims only. I Personally think endeavour is a better buy for its price, because of the added interior features like powered driver and passenger seat, Active Noise Cancellation that reduces the noise inside the car, ABS&EBD,7 airbags, Rollover mitigation and the massive panoramic sunroof will make the passengers bring an airy feel inside the cabin. Summing up all these where can it go wrong? well in the mileage department because it gives 10.2 km/lit and this is ARAI claimed and if it is your concern then you should opt for the 2.2 lit manual that gives around 14 km/lit.
