Honda Amaze! Is it a big move?

Honda has launched the Amaze long before and what we are going to discuss about is the facelifted version of amaze. This being the compact sedan, has 4 variants in the lineup and they are 2 diesel and 2 petrol. One may wonder why because they are offering both manual and also CVT gearboxes in them, let's discuss it briefly.

1. Engine: There are 4-Engine options and among them, the petrol engine produces a healthy 90Ps and 110 Nm of torque which gets manual and CVT gearboxes that perform very well. The Diesel engines are a bit tricky here because it gets the same 1.5 i-DTEC engine but the power is varied in them. The 5-Speed manual gearbox has 100 Ps of power and 200 Nm of torque while the CVT gearbox engine has 80 Ps and 160 Nm of torque. One may wonder why this many but, the answer is simple flexibility in engines can get them great sales and also this no. of engines are not there in any other compact sedan in this segment.
2. Features: In this section honda truly amazed the way it is inside like the youch screen Digipad system that gets apple carplay, android auto and 3D maps will amaze you and the Way it responds is good. ABS, EBD, Dual airbags are standard across the variants and the rear seats are comfy and space is not going to be a concern in this one for sure.

3. Design and Exteriors: The Minute you look at it, you can the thick chrome at the front with the honda logo and also the DRL strip inside the headlamp and also the turn indiactors are as usual. It gets the 15-inch rather than 14 in the previous one. The boot is biggest in class that offers a 420 lit of space and no more tight packing or squeezing inside. It's a good move but not a big move and to make it a big move they must release a facelifted version that has it all.

Discussing all these there could come a question like what is it gonna cost? Its price starts from 5.69 lakhs and goes all the way upto 9.46 lakhs. This is a costly one when compared to some of its rivals. But, it offers more and I can promise you one thing here, you can't get any other vehicle that drives this good in the segment itself because it drives well, interiors are spacy, things changed in and out. Now its time to discuss the -ve's of Amaze and among them
1. No projector headlamps just halogens.
2. Exposed bits and pieces of the car like when you open the boot it has the wiring one can see and it could feel awkward.
3. Rear seat passengers don't get adjustable headrests and the roof is good for average size adults but, for the taller guys, it will touch for sure and may feel claustrophobic.
4. Only 5-Speed manual it's not a deal breaker but could be better if there was a 6-speed one.
5. Price is the main concern and if at all they release any facelift then how can one expect to revise these prices and lower them?
6. Top spec variant doesn't get the touch screen system and this is a strange omission which we haven't expected in a car like this.

Kia Sonet! Package unpacked.

Hello and Welcome to CarsReboot! Today we're gonna discuss the all-new production-ready Kia Sonet and here's everything you need to know about it.                        Kia Motors India has unveiled the all-new Kia Sonet on 7 Aug 2020 and here are the details about it. Let us start with each and every aspect of it in detail.                           1. Design: Kia has already showcased the Sonet i.e, the sub-4 metre SUV in the auto expo and they've done a fantastic job by bringing most of the prototype design elements into the real world design.                            Starting with the front, this one looks angrier with that red accents on the grille and the elephant tusk-like DRL's look wild as they've mentioned as its caption. The LEDs look nice and below, there are some sporty elements like the folded type of chrome finish and also the bonnet is set high as well.                           Coming to the sides, its more like a crossover than SUV like because

2020 Hyundai I20 Vs Tata Altroz! Which is better?

Tata Altroz:  Tata has launched their gold standard vehicle the Altroz recently and also they've priced it very effectively keeping the costs they've to handle with the new BS-6 engines and also offered many good features like dual horn, ambient lighting, part digital and part analog cluster, comfortable rear seats, 90°opening doors and also for the first time a cruise control, steering mounted controls and many more like this. What Tata Motors offer uniquely for this particular vehicle of theirs is the modification packs for the car and you can customize it with the packs they offer us. This is a very unique thing and also the Harman  powered audio system sounds very nice and clear. The Drive modes are restricted to 2 this time which are City and Eco and as the name suggests the City is for sporty driving while Eco is for better fuel economy figures. Having  the 1.5lit engines Diesel and 1.2 Petrol which are meeting the BS-6 norms were detuned and also they'r

Renault Duster! It had its chance.

Welcome to CarsReboot!  There are many people who love Duster for its proportions, ride quality and also the sense of space it has inside it but now it has lost its charm to some extent with its other rivals and it fell into the category of only petrol with no AWD but it still has its chance to become a bigger player if Renault could do some key changes in it. 1. Engine: The 1.5lit was a very good one but now the company has shut it due to the upcoming BS6 regulations and it now replaces both the 1.5lit Diesel and petrol with a 1.3lit petrol engine which is BS6 compliant and the power figures have changed a bit. If they really needed some strong sales then introducing a 1.5lit BS6 compliant diesel and petrol engines with auto gearboxes in both fuel options would have made it a strong seller for Renault. 2. Interiors: Many might have felt this but I intended to stress about this particular one because the interiors in Duster were not that appealing and the reason is tha
