Hyundai Kona EV! India's first electric SUV.

Hyundai has released its electric SUV named Kona and this one has started the trend of electrics because in the previous times there were other electric cars like Mahindra EVO and also now there is the Tigor from Tata but they weren't actually touched the range or made it more attractive to buy or at least appealed like a good EV. But with Kona, all these expectations are going to be fulfilled to most part and also satisfy the need for an EV to some extent.

Battery: There will be no engines and the 39.4 kWh battery produces 131 Ps of power and a whopping 395 Nm of torque. In this, there are 4 driving modes like Eco, Eco+, Comfort, and Sport which will help in driving the vehicle according to the modes. It has a massive range of 452 km on a single charge and also the charging times for it are 6hours with a normal charger and with a DC fast charger it will be charged up to 80% in just 1 hour and these fast chargers will be available at the selected Hyundai Showrooms in selected cities and they have reported that this will have a maintenance cost i.e, 1/5th of a petrol car in India.

Design: I must admit that it looks good enough when we take it in a perspective of EV's because the front is plain with the Hyundai's cascading grill with 3D appeal at the front and we can see it if we look some keenly. The Rear looks funky with that sharp LED's at the rear and also the charging port is placed at the front and there's both normal and DC fast charge and the one placed at the front is the fast charger and the normal charger is placed at the regular oil filling area in a car. The Headlamps are mounted like the Venue and there are lots of features in it. This one comes with 6-airbags for safety.

Interiors and Exteriors: These are simple yet good looking and I don't say like it is very modern and fantastic looking car inside out. But, this one is of the same size as Creta but the way it looks might not get you the same feeling but its space inside and also the boot is good enough to pack luggage. Features like a sunroof, buttons for driving which one might have seen in Honda CR-V like there will be buttons for driving unlike the lever and there are spaces for keeping our bottles and the instrumentation cluster looks nice and intuitive to look at. It has a decent ground clearance and this is due to the battery pack installed under the body and the Touch screen infotainment system is an 8-inch one that also shows how well we are driving and also it comes with apple and android auto and also Navigation for long journeys and all. This is also having the air intakes at the front and these will cool the Tyres from getting hot and also this one comes with a fatter 17-inches.

However the price is a bit premium because if one has to buy one then they should pay a hefty price of 25.3 lakhs but it is a great package to have because its silent, drives well and also the features list is way bigger and the more one starts to use them the more they will slowly start to enjoy this kind of SUV's in the EV space. This is a great attempt from Hyundai by bringing EV's to India and hope the number will be doubled in upcoming years and also more exciting ones to come in the Future. Kia Sonet! Package unpacked.

Hello and Welcome to CarsReboot! Today we're gonna discuss the all-new production-ready Kia Sonet and here's everything you need to know about it.                        Kia Motors India has unveiled the all-new Kia Sonet on 7 Aug 2020 and here are the details about it. Let us start with each and every aspect of it in detail.                           1. Design: Kia has already showcased the Sonet i.e, the sub-4 metre SUV in the auto expo and they've done a fantastic job by bringing most of the prototype design elements into the real world design.                            Starting with the front, this one looks angrier with that red accents on the grille and the elephant tusk-like DRL's look wild as they've mentioned as its caption. The LEDs look nice and below, there are some sporty elements ...

Renault Duster! It had its chance.

Welcome to CarsReboot!  There are many people who love Duster for its proportions, ride quality and also the sense of space it has inside it but now it has lost its charm to some extent with its other rivals and it fell into the category of only petrol with no AWD but it still has its chance to become a bigger player if Renault could do some key changes in it. 1. Engine: The 1.5lit was a very good one but now the company has shut it due to the upcoming BS6 regulations and it now replaces both the 1.5lit Diesel and petrol with a 1.3lit petrol engine which is BS6 compliant and the power figures have changed a bit. If they really needed some strong sales then introducing a 1.5lit BS6 compliant diesel and petrol engines with auto gearboxes in both fuel options would have made it a strong seller for Renault. 2. Interiors: Many might have felt this but I intended to stress about this particular one because the interiors in Duster were not that appealing and the reason is...

Kia Seltos Vs MG Hector VsTata Harrier Vs Hyundai Creta

Now that Kia Seltos is unveiled and the design, features it is going to offer and also the major part i.e, the engine and transmission options are going to wow the customers for sure. How they are gonna price it and the variants line up is gonna create more curiosity than anything. It doesn't look butchy like Harrier and sophisticated like Creta but it is modern, futuristic yet the way it is designed in terms of interiors and exteriors are very fresh to look at and also many of the features were segmented first like the new connectivity features and they named it UVO and those features are more or less the same when you look at Venue  from Hyundai. But we are here to make a comparison on which one will create the benchmark in the segment and also in sales numbers for now by comparing its rivals. 1.Rivals: The Rivals are Tata Harrier, Hyundai Creta, MG Hector. 2.Engines: Here among the bunch MG Hector and Tata Harrier are powered by the same 2.0 lit multi-jet engine from...
