2020 Hyundai Creta, The Flagship redefined!

Hyundai has recently launched its 2nd gen Creta with major design updates and also engines as well and let us dive into the topic then.

Engines: Hyundai is now going to power the new Creta with an all-new 1.5lit Diesel / Petrol and also there's a new 1.4lit TGDi engine which is a powerful version of petrol when compared and also this produces a whopping 140Ps of power and the rest do produce a healthy output of 115Ps of power as well but we do will regret the lack of the high performing 1.6lit 128Ps power engine which works buttery smooth and powerful at the same time. These are the engines which are sourced from Kia and these are having both AT/MT in the 2-Engine formats i.e, 1.5lit Diesel/Petrol but the 1.4lit DCT comes with an auto-gearbox with paddle-shifters and one can choose which one they want and Hyundai could further use these engines for many of their vehicles in future as like for Venue, Verna and all.

Design: At first glance, some people could like it while some would express their feelings of confusion whether it's the new Creta or smaller version of Palisade or something! But truth to be told that it seems Hyundai designed it keeping the Palisade which is the XL Sized SUV from Hyundai's portfolio but this could polarize the perspectives of many people and the front with that big cascading grille, Tri-Beam LED headlamps with foglamps underneath, C-shaped DRL's which resemble the palisade and coming to the rear part, it too has that c-shaped LED strip which runs same like the DRL's at the front and it's quite distinct and also the red strip of LED in between seems good and there's a new alloy design which is very different from what we have seen till now and in my opinion they could have designed something else than this because it sort of looks like a plastic cover for the steel wheels in my opinion but the top-end variant with the black and silver combination is what going to differentiate it as an alloy.

The Sideways of Creta hasn't much changed but with the dual-tone design it looks well but as I mentioned at the start that it seems different for different people and many could have a difference of opinions when it comes to the design but its good that they haven't changed the original design philosophy at all.

Interiors: This Time it seems that Hyundai has taken high care of the interiors and also that work has been visible from inside with that big touch screen infotainment system, digital instrumentation cluster with traction control, drive modes, flat-bottom steering wheel, new steering design, colored ac vents, new Blue-link connectivity features with voice commands, powered driver seat, panoramic sunroof, spacy looking seat color combination and 3-step rear seat reclining function and spacious boot, electronic power brake and the gear knob with that chunkiness feels very muscular to look and also to hold as well. This also comes with rear ac vents, smart air-purifier that filters the air, TPMS and many more like this.

It seems that Hyundai has improved the Creta on an overall basis be it interiors or exteriors or safety-wise its offering 2 airbags as standard and also they've reported that they've used 72% of Advanced High Strength Steel in this to make sure it is safe and sturdy as well and now it is going to take its throne back from Kia Seltos because it was the king of this compact SUV segment for some years and now it is back with a bang!
Even after the huge launch like Harrier AT, Creta is going to stand on its toes very steadily because its one big reason and that is the price. Yes! It's cheaper than the Kia Seltos and also the Harrier when it comes to the highly equipped variants which are SX, SX optional variants as well. The Comparison of Hyundai Creta, Tata Harrier, and Kia Seltos is going to come very very soon and also do have a look at the prices of the Creta below.

Thank you for reading this long post and comment down your opinions about the all-new Creta in the comment section below.

Hyundai Aura! The Sporty compact sedan is out now.

Hyundai India has launched the all-new sporty looking compact sedan 'Aura' which replaces the Xcent in Hyundai's India line-up and also the details of the car are below. Engines: This Time they have launched the car with bs-6 compliant engines both in petrol and also diesel and now they have the power and torque figures more or less the same as it's engines are even more refined now. So, the engines offered are 1.2lit petrol and 1.2lit diesel. There will be 2 Petrol and 1 Diesel among which the petrol is 1.2 that churns out 83Ps and a 1.0lit engine that churns out 99P of power and the diesel produces 89Ps of power. The Gearbox options are as follows: 1.2Petrol gets a manual/amt while the 1.0 lit gets only a manual one and the diesel gets both manual/amt. So, options are decent to look as well considering the price range it will be in but a CVT would be great like we have seen in the Amaze. Design: Coming to the Design, recently they have released the sket...

Renault Duster! It had its chance.

Welcome to CarsReboot!  There are many people who love Duster for its proportions, ride quality and also the sense of space it has inside it but now it has lost its charm to some extent with its other rivals and it fell into the category of only petrol with no AWD but it still has its chance to become a bigger player if Renault could do some key changes in it. 1. Engine: The 1.5lit was a very good one but now the company has shut it due to the upcoming BS6 regulations and it now replaces both the 1.5lit Diesel and petrol with a 1.3lit petrol engine which is BS6 compliant and the power figures have changed a bit. If they really needed some strong sales then introducing a 1.5lit BS6 compliant diesel and petrol engines with auto gearboxes in both fuel options would have made it a strong seller for Renault. 2. Interiors: Many might have felt this but I intended to stress about this particular one because the interiors in Duster were not that appealing and the reason is...

2020 Tata Harrier! What has changed?

Tata has revealed its covers of the All-new Harrier AT with a fully-powered 2.0lit Engine now and here's a quick review of what has changed in its newer versions and Should you buy one?  It seems Tata has taken the feedback very seriously and the changes they've made in the new one are visible and also a good thing to hear as well. Let us run through the details quickly without wasting much time. 1.Engine:   Tata Motors are now offering the full house 2.0lit BS6 engine with the Harrier and also the power figures are 170Ps and 350Nm of torque now. There's a new auto-gearbox that works well and it is actually sourced from the Hyundai's Tuscon gearbox as that's also having the same 2.0lit engine. The Manual gearbox is also having the same amount of power and torque the automatic has but the good part is that the enthusiasts of the manual gearbox can enjoy it as Tata has worked well on the clutch to make it light and also simple to drive. The Mileage figures o...
