2020 Hyundai I20 Vs Tata Altroz! Which is better?

Tata Altroz: Tata has launched their gold standard vehicle the Altroz recently and also they've priced it very effectively keeping the costs they've to handle with the new BS-6 engines and also offered many good features like dual horn, ambient lighting, part digital and part analog cluster, comfortable rear seats, 90°opening doors and also for the first time a cruise control, steering mounted controls and many more like this. What Tata Motors offer uniquely for this particular vehicle of theirs is the modification packs for the car and you can customize it with the packs they offer us. This is a very unique thing and also the Harman powered audio system sounds very nice and clear. The Drive modes are restricted to 2 this time which are City and Eco and as the name suggests the City is for sporty driving while Eco is for better fuel economy figures.

Having the 1.5lit engines Diesel and 1.2 Petrol which are meeting the BS-6 norms were detuned and also they're tuned well with nice power figures as well. Altroz has some sound features list starting from the interiors it gets a sporty-looking steering wheel which has the controls for the instrument cluster, cruise control and also the infotainment system which means that it's designed in such a way that it can handle many things while on the go and this kind of treatment for a premium hatch was not seen even in the I20 Elite before which we're able to see now. The Infotainment is responsive enough with decent looking graphics and also the features like Apple car play and Android Auto and all are added ones. It also has the assistance of IRA which is similar to the Bluelink we've seen in Hyundai that responds to our concerns which were set by Tata Motors and it also gives us the vehicle Telematics, its details and much more like this.

The Rear seat has a flat floor which means 3 people(Medium-sized adults is what I believe) can be seated well without any problem and also the door bins are good enough to allocate a 1lit bottle and there are bottle holders at the front as well and coming to the exteriors there's Auto Headlamps and Wipers and also 16-inch Alloys that look stylish enough to attract anyone and the Rear design is very well designed because the sharpness of the design is sporty and also gives us a futuristic appeal with that funky rear end and also the color options are very nice as well.

This is about Tata Altroz but there are some issues which I've come across through online and some of them are:
1. The Plastics inside the car start to make some kind of rattling sound when the vehicle comes across any bumps or if the roads are uneven and not only that but at high speeds like more 100kph or something, the passengers are able to hear some plastics sound while driving.
2. The Noise insulation is done well but the engine noise gets a bit irritating if we revv it more for performance.

2020 Hyundai I20 Elite:

Design: After looking at the new I20 one must obey that it looks sharp, stylish yet sporty at the same and the design of the headlamps is sharp and this time they've installed the LED pack but its still a doubt on what comes to India and also the interiors are very well designed. I must say that they've tried to make this particular I20 as sharp, as sporty and also as futuristic and racy as possible because the cuts and creases on the bonnet area or near the A-pillar or side body cladding and all are spot on and one can surely differentiate this with the older one. The Alloys design looks stunning with those cuts which look sharp enough like in a sports car.

Interiors:
Coming to the interiors, Hyundai has revealed some design sketches and nowadays they're able to make those sketches as real as possible and this time it seems like the top-end trims might come with a fully digital instrumentation cluster, HD infotainment system like the one we've seen in the 2020 Creta.

Engines they might offer could be either the 1.5lit or 1.2lit Diesel BS6 engines but there'll surely be a 1.0lit TGDi engine we've seen in Venue with the appropriate tuning of power but the gearbox options are still unknown as of now.

Features like TPMS, BlueLink connectivity, Auto-dimming IRVM, Request sensors on the driver side door and cruise control, sporty steering wheel, Auto Headlamps, Rain sensing wipers, Internal Air Purifier and many like this are expected but we need to wait on what they might provide. So, it'll take some time as the Corona Virus thing is resounding around the world like anything and almost every car manufacturers throughout the world are facing problems as they might have planned things to happen at some time and now their plans and all are not in their hands. So, we must wait for some more time until they release the Vehicle in India and also the variant wise features list, the distribution thing and all need to be confirmed yet.

Keeping all this apart, what I can say is that even if Hyundai launches the I20 Elite also the best value for money proposition will surely stand by the side of Altroz and the only for that is the features it offers, the design and most importantly the price of it which is very handy when it comes to the customers who are planning for their very first or the next premium hatch for their families.

This is not to convince any of you but just trying to show you my opinion on which is a better pick. The Prices of Tata Altroz now range from 5.29 - 9.29 Lakhs and the prices of Hyundai Elite I20 i.e, the older one starts at 5.59 - 9.2 Lakhs and this is the current price of it. Don't you think there'll be some sharp increase when the new I20 gets launched? It'll certainly do so what do you think the better value for money and better feature offering premium hatch here? Yes! It is undoubtedly the Tata Altroz and I don't intend to degrade the value of Elite I20 by any means there'll surely be some sound sales for that one too because Hyundai has been serving Indian customers very well since many years and this is no exception but while comparing the Altroz is a notch better as this is the first time they stepped in it with sound design and also attractive feature packs as well.

Thank you for reading this long post and make sure you comment down your opinions and also requests in the comment section below so that I'll get to know what you guys want as well. That's it for this post and see you in the next one.🙂

Kia Sonet! Package unpacked.

Hello and Welcome to CarsReboot! Today we're gonna discuss the all-new production-ready Kia Sonet and here's everything you need to know about it.                        Kia Motors India has unveiled the all-new Kia Sonet on 7 Aug 2020 and here are the details about it. Let us start with each and every aspect of it in detail.                           1. Design: Kia has already showcased the Sonet i.e, the sub-4 metre SUV in the auto expo and they've done a fantastic job by bringing most of the prototype design elements into the real world design.                            Starting with the front, this one looks angrier with that red accents on the grille and the elephant tusk-like DRL's look wild as they've mentioned as its caption. The LEDs look nice and below, there are some sporty elements like the folded type of chrome finish and also the bonnet is set high as well.                           Coming to the sides, its more like a crossover than SUV like because

Renault Duster! It had its chance.

Welcome to CarsReboot!  There are many people who love Duster for its proportions, ride quality and also the sense of space it has inside it but now it has lost its charm to some extent with its other rivals and it fell into the category of only petrol with no AWD but it still has its chance to become a bigger player if Renault could do some key changes in it. 1. Engine: The 1.5lit was a very good one but now the company has shut it due to the upcoming BS6 regulations and it now replaces both the 1.5lit Diesel and petrol with a 1.3lit petrol engine which is BS6 compliant and the power figures have changed a bit. If they really needed some strong sales then introducing a 1.5lit BS6 compliant diesel and petrol engines with auto gearboxes in both fuel options would have made it a strong seller for Renault. 2. Interiors: Many might have felt this but I intended to stress about this particular one because the interiors in Duster were not that appealing and the reason is tha
