Hyundai Palisade!

Hello guys! And welcome to CarsReboot. Today I'm gonna discuss the Hyundai Palisade which many people are enthusiastic especially in the Indian market to know about it.

Into the topic and Hyundai Palisade is primarily an XL-sized SUV which replaces the Santa Fe sits above the segment of Ford Endeavour and Toyota Fortuner in India. Let us get into each aspect of it step by step. In global market the competition for Hyundai Palisade are Ford Explorer, Kia Telluride, Honda Pilot and others.

1. Design: Hyundai has designed this one to look more broader, longer and also muscular interms of appearance it seems and as stated above it does look way more professional and family oriented by its looks primarily.

Starting from the front part of it, Palisade looks intimidating and also muscular when looked from the front and also that C-shaped DRL's and that chunky looking Hyundai's cascading grille with thick chrome inserts at the end make it appeal more stronger and also the headlamps which were placed vertically.

Coming to the sideways, it looks more family oriented and professional rather than sporty looking one. The 20'inch multi-spoke alloys do create a sense of rich and professional feel when looked at and the chrome-lining is there throughout the windows area.

Coming to the rear, it retains the same C-shaped stop lamps and here also the chrome strip runs at one side of the stop lamps and the Palisade badging gives it even more fancy appeal.

2. Interiors: Palisade's interiors are simple, clean and clutterless to keep it short. It comes with three-row seating among which you can have the option of captain seats in the 2nd row and we get both front seats with seat ventilation, heated steering wheel and also heated seats as well. Along with this if you choose the option of captain seats in the middle then you can have the heated and cooled seats for them also. To access the 3rd row, you can do it with the press of a simple button and to fold down the 3rd-row seats, you can do it with the simple press of a button.
Now let us get into the dash a bit.

This is how it looks and this one comes with a 10.25'inch touch screen with android and apple connectivity and also it comes with a 7-speaker Harman music system. It comes with a 3-zone climate control with controls in the second row. It also comes with different driving modes like snow, mud, rocks and also comes with sport, eco and comfort which we can choose considering our driving preferences. Palisade is also equipped with a offroad capable H-TRAC system and it pumps power to the wheels when it detects lack of traction.

Palisade comes with a button-style driving which we have seen in the Honda CR-V in India.

The Instrument cluster is a digital unit with all the info on it starting from the navigation, animations and also every detail regarding the vehicle can be seen here. We have the lane watching, blind-spot monitoring with cameras at side mirrors, front and rear parking sensors and also it has some unique features which works like this. If you have children in 3rd row and you want to tell them something while driving and you can't turn and tell as it leads to accidents so what the infotainment system does is that it records the voice and plays it through the speakers there and also one more feature is that 'when you stop at any tolls and while waiting if the vehicle ahead moves and you haven't observed it means, using the sensors the system reminds you that the vehicle ahead you has moved. So, like this there are a ton of features and also it comes with a hands-free tailgate too.

4. Engine:  Hyundai Palisade comes with a 3.8lit V6 engine that churns out 290Ps of power and it gives a mileage of around 8-9 km which I'm not sure and there's also another 2.2lit Diesel engine comes with a 8-speed AT gearbox for all. The Body of the Palisade is made with high amount of Advanced High strength steel and it has got everything to save you from any mishap.
As of now Hyundai India is preparing a 7-seater Creta version which was caught by some car channels and the launch of Palisade to India is uncertain as of now but if they are gonna launch it in India then expect its prices to be around 31.5 - 38.5 Lakhs depending and this is just my assumption only because the details of it are uncertain and if they bring the Diesel i.e, 2.2lit one then the price has a chance of slight decrease but we must wait for sometime more as this pandemic is erupting continuously in almost all over the world.
Thank you for reading this huge post and if you like this post, then comment down your opionions about the vehicle and also do comment either yes or no if you want it to be launched in Indian market? That's it for this post and see you in the next one.🙂

Hyundai Aura! The Sporty compact sedan is out now.

Hyundai India has launched the all-new sporty looking compact sedan 'Aura' which replaces the Xcent in Hyundai's India line-up and also the details of the car are below. Engines: This Time they have launched the car with bs-6 compliant engines both in petrol and also diesel and now they have the power and torque figures more or less the same as it's engines are even more refined now. So, the engines offered are 1.2lit petrol and 1.2lit diesel. There will be 2 Petrol and 1 Diesel among which the petrol is 1.2 that churns out 83Ps and a 1.0lit engine that churns out 99P of power and the diesel produces 89Ps of power. The Gearbox options are as follows: 1.2Petrol gets a manual/amt while the 1.0 lit gets only a manual one and the diesel gets both manual/amt. So, options are decent to look as well considering the price range it will be in but a CVT would be great like we have seen in the Amaze. Design: Coming to the Design, recently they have released the sket...

Renault Duster! It had its chance.

Welcome to CarsReboot!  There are many people who love Duster for its proportions, ride quality and also the sense of space it has inside it but now it has lost its charm to some extent with its other rivals and it fell into the category of only petrol with no AWD but it still has its chance to become a bigger player if Renault could do some key changes in it. 1. Engine: The 1.5lit was a very good one but now the company has shut it due to the upcoming BS6 regulations and it now replaces both the 1.5lit Diesel and petrol with a 1.3lit petrol engine which is BS6 compliant and the power figures have changed a bit. If they really needed some strong sales then introducing a 1.5lit BS6 compliant diesel and petrol engines with auto gearboxes in both fuel options would have made it a strong seller for Renault. 2. Interiors: Many might have felt this but I intended to stress about this particular one because the interiors in Duster were not that appealing and the reason is...

2020 Tata Harrier! What has changed?

Tata has revealed its covers of the All-new Harrier AT with a fully-powered 2.0lit Engine now and here's a quick review of what has changed in its newer versions and Should you buy one?  It seems Tata has taken the feedback very seriously and the changes they've made in the new one are visible and also a good thing to hear as well. Let us run through the details quickly without wasting much time. 1.Engine:   Tata Motors are now offering the full house 2.0lit BS6 engine with the Harrier and also the power figures are 170Ps and 350Nm of torque now. There's a new auto-gearbox that works well and it is actually sourced from the Hyundai's Tuscon gearbox as that's also having the same 2.0lit engine. The Manual gearbox is also having the same amount of power and torque the automatic has but the good part is that the enthusiasts of the manual gearbox can enjoy it as Tata has worked well on the clutch to make it light and also simple to drive. The Mileage figures o...
