2020 Hyundai Creta! What went wrong with it this time?

As everyone knows the fact that Creta was the segment leader of the compact SUV space in the Indian Automobile Industry for quite some time and it recorded a mammoth sales of 5 Lakh units since many years of its launch and as the days passed, the company has released a facelifted model with some changes inside and out.

This even boosted the sales of Creta and it stood like a rock of the segment at a premium price tag with some minor misses here and there but as soon as the arrival of Kia Seltos to Indian Market it has lost its sales to this Technological Marvel and had to wait for its release till now and now that it was released and also it received some good amount of bookings along. But there came some criticism along with it regarding the design because everyone thought that Hyundai will release the Korean spec model of Creta which actually looked quite stylish but Hyundai India had some other plans and they've come up with this and it has some criticism to its design and some other aspects inside the Vehicle as well. So, Today we're gonna discuss these things one by one. Welcome to CarsReboot and let us jump into the topic right away.

Design: The Design of the 2nd gen Creta is its biggest drawback and I'll tell you how. Hyundai has designed this SUV based on the Palisade's design which is company's Flagship SUV and the C-shaped DRL's look nice and also that Tri-beam LED projectors are also cool as well but the foglamps which were given with halogens spoiled the design a bit and when it comes to the sidewise appearance of the Vehicle then its more or less the same and it stands by its design thereby going no further than the older Creta's design sidewise but that C-pillar colorwork is also looking odd in my opinion with that extra piece doesn't quite merge with its overall design in my opinion but its just mine.

Coming to the rear part, this is where Hyundai has spoiled the car completely because instead of designing something either sharp like the previous one or classic they've gone for this and this really looks modified for me at least and I don't know how many of you felt like that because they have replicated the same design at the front with the rear by adding a LED strip to it and the stop lamp which should be mounted high was mounted in the middle of the black bar at the rear and its also unwanted thing there. Coming to the Alloy wheel design, it must be addressed here because one design which was shown in the adds is looking tad bit similar to the older one with some changes but there's another version of this same alloy design for the SX(O) trim which looks odd and it seriously looks like a wheel cover more than an alloy. This is another area that looked odd. On the whole, what I can say about the design of the Hyundai Creta is that they have tried to overdo this to take its place from Seltos which seems backfired them anyway the sales are good for it now but in future, it is still an unpredictable thing.

Features: One might wonder what I'm gonna talk about features as they've loaded the vehicle fully but if you really observe the vehicle comparing the Seltos with this then you can spot the resemblance between these two and even though the price of Creta is less, the features offered in the Seltos are more and it truly justifies its price tag and there's no denying that.
Except for some features like the new Instrument cluster, design, panoramic sunroof, suspension, auto hold, electronic parking brake, TPMS, Blue Link Connectivity, and the interior design, there is a massive resemblance of features when it comes to the comparison of 2020 Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos because the Engines are same, features are similar then what's unique in it?

Everyone could get this doubt like even though I am mentioning these many things also, the price is less than the Seltos? But what one must understand is that Creta is not offering the 360° cameras, no Lane watching feed in the MID, no heads up display or no manual variant in the top end Petrol variant of 1.4lit only AT and actually Hyundai has dropped some 4 variants when you compare with Seltos. Not only this but there are even more like this.
These are the things that went unexpected with the Creta and why I mentioned all these aspects is because Hyundai using Kia's engines is acceptable as their 1.6 and 1.4 Petrol were unable to be transitioned to BS6 but replicating each and every feature of the Kia Seltos is an unexpected thing to happen to Creta.

So, that's all for this post and do comment on what you feel about the all-new 2020 Hyundai Creta in the comment section below. Thank you for reading this and see you in the next one..!

Kia Sonet! Package unpacked.

Hello and Welcome to CarsReboot! Today we're gonna discuss the all-new production-ready Kia Sonet and here's everything you need to know about it.                        Kia Motors India has unveiled the all-new Kia Sonet on 7 Aug 2020 and here are the details about it. Let us start with each and every aspect of it in detail.                           1. Design: Kia has already showcased the Sonet i.e, the sub-4 metre SUV in the auto expo and they've done a fantastic job by bringing most of the prototype design elements into the real world design.                            Starting with the front, this one looks angrier with that red accents on the grille and the elephant tusk-like DRL's look wild as they've mentioned as its caption. The LEDs look nice and below, there are some sporty elements like the folded type of chrome finish and also the bonnet is set high as well.                           Coming to the sides, its more like a crossover than SUV like because

2020 Hyundai I20 Vs Tata Altroz! Which is better?

Tata Altroz:  Tata has launched their gold standard vehicle the Altroz recently and also they've priced it very effectively keeping the costs they've to handle with the new BS-6 engines and also offered many good features like dual horn, ambient lighting, part digital and part analog cluster, comfortable rear seats, 90°opening doors and also for the first time a cruise control, steering mounted controls and many more like this. What Tata Motors offer uniquely for this particular vehicle of theirs is the modification packs for the car and you can customize it with the packs they offer us. This is a very unique thing and also the Harman  powered audio system sounds very nice and clear. The Drive modes are restricted to 2 this time which are City and Eco and as the name suggests the City is for sporty driving while Eco is for better fuel economy figures. Having  the 1.5lit engines Diesel and 1.2 Petrol which are meeting the BS-6 norms were detuned and also they'r

Renault Duster! It had its chance.

Welcome to CarsReboot!  There are many people who love Duster for its proportions, ride quality and also the sense of space it has inside it but now it has lost its charm to some extent with its other rivals and it fell into the category of only petrol with no AWD but it still has its chance to become a bigger player if Renault could do some key changes in it. 1. Engine: The 1.5lit was a very good one but now the company has shut it due to the upcoming BS6 regulations and it now replaces both the 1.5lit Diesel and petrol with a 1.3lit petrol engine which is BS6 compliant and the power figures have changed a bit. If they really needed some strong sales then introducing a 1.5lit BS6 compliant diesel and petrol engines with auto gearboxes in both fuel options would have made it a strong seller for Renault. 2. Interiors: Many might have felt this but I intended to stress about this particular one because the interiors in Duster were not that appealing and the reason is tha
