What is Maruti Suzuki doing until the launch of the new Alto with safety features and also in other models? Did safety measures come to their books only after BS-6 norms? What made them re-visit their vehicles and add more safety features in the current vehicles and also to announce that they will provide their upcoming vehicles with more safety features? As the BS-6 norms kick in, every car manufacturer in India is changing the standard features that are offered in the small cars they have and what they are doing is just adding more airbags and EBD, ESC and other safety centered features.
